Getting Started

  1. You can order online or over the phone.
  2. We will collect your contact information, property address, and payment information.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
  4. You will receive an email with the information necessary to list your home in the MLS, usually within 60-90 minutes, after hours orders may receive this email the next day. In a hurry to be listed? Let us know, we frequently rush orders for customers.

To order, all you need is your contact information, name, phone number, your address. Email address is required if you want to order online. If you don't use email call us to order. Addresses: You can provide us one or more addresses-your contact address, your billing address where your credit card statements are sent, and the address where you want any shipped items (sign, lockbox, etc.) sent to. For some customers, each address (property for sale, shipping, & billing) is different, for many they are all the same address.

Yes, you receive all of the State mandated disclosure forms and the federal lead paint disclosure forms. Note: This does not apply in California, where there are numerous disclosure forms, and typically involve paying a fee on or before closing to determine required disclosures for earthquake/fault line proximity and a host of other potential issues that need disclosure or reports created. These disclosures are typically treated much like a standard seller closing cost.

No, you don't have to visit our office to get listed. Our services are set up to maximize your convenience. The necessary paperwork can be emailed, faxed, or mailed both ways so there is no travel, appointment, or time-consuming meeting necessary to get listed. The signs, lockboxes, and/or other supplies are sent out for second day priority shipment to your property address or any other address you tell us on your order.

We've had sellers be in the MLS within a few hours of ordering. Your listing will be input once you have completed the required forms that we provide to you, typically no later than 24 hours after we have received them. We frequently have rush orders, let us know what your preference is.

Help with setting a price for your home is available. The biggest challenge to pricing a property to sell is getting good information about recently sold homes in the area. Most sellers typically cannot find any complete and accurate information about comparable homes that have sold in the past year.

Yes, we can list properties for lease or for rent in the MLS as flat fee listings. The Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provides great exposure to help a landlords, lessors, and property managers find a renter, find a tenant, or find a lessee. The seller decides whether they want a __ month lease, month to month, lease purchase, lease option, rent to own, or other possible arrangements. This service is especially effective at finding corporate relocation, temporary assignment, and high end rental tenants.
